Orders that are placed online cannot be replaced or refunded if an incorrect shipping address is listed. Each order concludes with an order confirmation page and email detailing the shipping and billing information. You will be required to place a new order to be shipped to the correct address. If the incorrect order is shipped back to us, a refund or reshipment can be done.

We accept cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three-hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days.

There are 4 ways to earn credits. You can earn Reward credits through shopping, writing honest reviews, sharing on IG, and making referrals.

Reward Scheme is valid only for customers who have shopped at at least once.

There is no limit to the amount of Reward credits that you can earn under the Rewards.

We use the “last click” method. To earn Reward credits, an order must first be properly attributed to YOUR link. To ensure that it is, a referred customer must click through using Your Rewards link and not click on any other Rewards link prior to making a purchase.

Your referral link can be shared with friends through email, on social, or any way you want. DO NOT share your referral code in our Customer Reviews section. This is solely for individuals to give product feedback to others. There will be no credit if referrals are gained as a result of this method.

Labrecipe reserves the right to pause or block your account including modifying or adjusting any amount of Reward credits you may have earned, if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected. We are not responsible for any content you choose to post on your personal accounts. If you post any promotional content that includes your referral link or Rewards code, you must also ensure that all materials comply with all applicable legal requirements.

All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 365 days.

You can spend your reward credits on any purchase. You may choose to accumulate more reward credits and use them on future purchases.

Reward credits cannot be used at the same time as a discount code when making a purchase. You will still earn reward credits on transactions when you are using a discount code.

Your Rewards credits will appear on your account page when you log into your account.
